We are a group of computational biophysicists, focusing on Molecular Dynamics (MD) based Computational Electrophysiology simulations of ion channels. The overall goal is to understand these molecular machines and ion transport on the molecular level, and help designing small molecule modulators of ion channels. Other areas of interest include interactions of small and large molecules with lipid membranes and intrinsic membrane properties. You’ll find here information about current projects, team members, publications, code and more.
